I'm smiling just thinking of how much easier it would be to say "just call geekneed" instead of driving over to help a friend get their internet working. Do they have some sort of moneyback guarantee if they can't fix your problem? If they were really evil, they would ask you to reboot a few times... knowing it takes a couple minutes ($4) to do so!
