Trying to plan our vacation

Chris and I have been trying to decide where to go for a summer vacation.

In fact, when Chris goes to work this morning he’s going to check on how much vacation time is available to him and if he can he’ll take off at least one week in July.

I used to go on traveling road trips with my parents. Even Chris came along for one of them when we took my parents out East in ‘99. We’ve actually been thinking of taking a trip to the Outer Banks in Carolina.

I’ve actually been to almost every State but I don’t believe I’ve ever been to Carolina. That’s one of the reasons we’d like to go there. Have you been there? Did you enjoy your vacation?

   North or South? I hear that South Carolina is beautiful. But if you want a recommendation from me… go to Hawaii. Can’t beat the weather.

   I’ve there for work, but everyday’s a vacation to me. I really liked being around Wilmington and going to Wrightsville Beach. Was there right before and right after Hurricanes in I think ‘99.
   It was nicer before.

   Oh wow. Your post just reminded me of at least one good thing about my divorce: I plan vacations around ME now Well, me and my daughter.
