This gives a nice and quick rating for the danger you're living in. Most of the home users have this rating close to 0. Next comes virus or other malware outbreaks, which is also a good ~0 in many cases. I don't try to downplay the importance of backing things up, I just want to make it clear that sometimes it's not as needed as it may seem. For a home user, I look at things differently :
