Before doing the steps below, make sure that you back-up your database. Here’s what you can do.
1. login to your cpanel
2. click the phpMyAdmin icon
3. select the database from the list (if you don’t know your database, ask your host). you will see the table structures.
4. check the box of wp_posts table
5. at the bottom of lists of the tables, click the drop down menu (default value is “With select”) and select “Repair table”
6. login to your wordpress dashboard and check again.

hope this helps.

Sorry for my English!

I got a similar error, with a wordpress blog.
Table that generated error was WP_OPTIONS, and I resolved this problem with

CHECK TABLE wp_options;
OPTIMIZE wp_options;

I'm so sorry, I wish I knew how to help :( If I were you I'd try doing a reinstall of WordPress with a new database and import everything, including the posts table. I really don't know what could've caused this as I'm not a database expert. This post is a couple of weeks old now though so I'm hoping you've already worked out a solution. Best of luck!
